Our Values

Growth, Resilience, Strength, Loyalty, Community, Respect.

Our Mission Statement

At Cognitive Care and Counseling, we recognized a significant gap in the support available to care partners beyond conventional offerings. We identified their struggle and found that they lack individualized care and support in their journey. While there are large hospitals and programs addressing these needs, they often fall short in providing tailored solutions, leaving caregivers feeling underserved and overwhelmed.

Driven by a deep-seated desire to address this disparity, we established our practice with a mission to provide care partners with the attention and support they truly deserve. Led by Michelle, whose extensive experience and knowledge in the field make her uniquely qualified, we are committed to offering personalized care and guidance to those navigating the challenges of caregiving, particularly for individuals living with Dementia.

Our mission is to ensure that care partners receive the comprehensive support they need to thrive during these trying times. We believe that every care partner should have access to as much assistance and understanding as necessary to maintain their well-being and effectively care for their loved ones. At Cognitive Care and Counseling, we're dedicated to filling the void and serving those who have been overlooked, ensuring they receive the care and attention they rightfully deserve.

Our vision at Cognitive Care and Counseling is to be the premier all-in-one resource for care partners of people living with dementia.

We envision a future where care partners have access to a comprehensive array of support services tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

where caregivers can find solace, camaraderie, and understanding, knowing they are not alone in their journey.
