I know it's imperative to have a therapist who is familiar and experienced in aging and dementia. I am able to draw from my 20 years of experience. Therapy is a great way to care for yourself so you can better care for others.

I want you to know that you are not alone. Caring for someone living with dementia and going through the often difficult transitions of aging can feel lonely and unmanageable. It's important to have someone who understands how difficult this time can be. Caring for someone can bring up feelings we don't expect, so it's important to be patient with yourself and talk to someone about your experience. I can help. This is a supervised private practice.
